Abby and I met a few years ago. We both had previous experience with coaching competitive cheer and tumbling and quickly bonded over our love for both! When we started coaching together, we learned that we also have very similar coaching styles and balanced each other well! On May 4, 2023, we officially signed the paperwork and became Tipton Elite Cheer and Tumble LLC. We had lots of help and little pushes along the way, but none more than Zach, our business partner! He single-handedly funded and furiously supported us through all the start-up struggles!
In March of 2024, we signed a lease on a building without walls, electricity, and concrete floors. The buildout was completely our responsibility, and boy was that hard work! The three of us really learned a lot through that process. After lots of hard labor and tears from setbacks, we finally opened our completed gym in July!! We are so happy to offer this place for all ages and skill levels!
Coach Jaice / Co-owner
Hey, I'm Coach Jaice! I am a Co-owner and Head Coach at Tipton Elite. As a mother of four kids, I pride myself on patience, understanding, and structure. I try to bring these traits to my coaching! I have been coaching now for about 10 years, and also have several years experience being a director. My favorite part of this life is when our athletes build self-esteem and master a skill. Their reactions really make being a coach worth it! I try to guide them to not only be a better athlete, but a better human being!
Coach Abby / Co-owner
Hello, my name is Abby Bishop, and I am the proud co-owner of Tipton Elite Cheer and Tumble LLC. I am currently a college student, tumbling coach, and head coach of the competitive cheerleading program. Throughout my history, I have a strong background in competitive and recreational cheerleading and a touch of experience in gymnastics. Additionally, I have obtained multiple certifications through the NFHS and USASF. Cheerleading has always been an outlet for me and has taught me many valuable life lessons. As a coach, I strive to instill confidence and help athletes share their love for this evolving sport. Witnessing athletes achieve their dreams on and off of the mat is a feeling like no other!
Assistant Coach Zach / Co-owner
Hi! I am Coach Zach! I am a Co-owner of Tipton Elite and help coach as well. I am newer to the cheer world but learning quickly! There are so many fun things to learn in this industry! My main focus has previously been the business side of things but with in the last few years, I have done some training and became a certified coach! These kids keep me on my toes and I enjoy the pure adrenaline of the sport! As a father of three of those kids, I strive to keep our place a safe and fun learning environment. I truly enjoy watching our athletes get stronger and achieve their goals!
Assistant Coach Dymon / Choreographer
Hello all,
I am Coach Dymon, I recently joined the Tipton Elite family as a coach but have had the pleasure to be a part of this growing gym for two years as a parent. I’m a wife and mom of 5 and we currently have 2 girls on Tipton Elite. Cheerleading has always been life for me, and I am blessed to share that love with my girls. The ones that are mine and the ones that I get to coach. My cheer background is very diverse, and I can say I have truly touched almost every aspect of cheering, and I am still learning and growing as a coach. I cheered for a total of 12 years and danced for a total of 8 years. I have cheered and competed on a rec cheer team, high school sideline and competitive, all-star cheer, collegiate cheer, semi-professional cheer team, and performance cheer team based in Chicago. I have had the opportunity to coach for 10 years now, not including my student coaching years. Being able to compete and perform at all these different levels helped me coach from multiple directions and bring as much razzle dazzle to the floor as I can. I am incredibly joyed that I get to bring some of my experience to Tipton Elite as a coach. Joining this cheer family has been one of the best decisions for my family and my girls. I can’t wait to watch the gym, and these athletes grow into something incredible.
