Our Classes are designed to focus on community, safety, and fostering confidence among our participants. With various options available, you will find a class that suits your skill level and passion for cheer and tumbling. We committed to creating a supportive atmosphere where you can thrive while honing your skills and mastering new techniques.

Each of our coaches cares about every student. We work to build their confidence and self-esteem by offering a positive and encouraging environment!
We provide floor based tumbling skills for all levels of tumbling. We do this on a recreational basis and you can come to as many or as little classes as you would like. Offering both group and private lessons, our team can provide training to any individual or group that needs extra help with developing skills that are required for school or college tryouts! We have extra coaches on duty for our larger classes. Leveling up safely and correctly helps each athlete grow and develop skills.
Tumbling sign ups are easy, just come into a class that suits you a few minutes early to complete paperwork. If private lessons are more your style you can email or call us to schedule weekly lessons!

Each athlete is different but in our group classes most tumblers go barefoot, if you choose you may wear athletic shoes or socks with grips on the bottom. Clothing is also a personal preference but we ask that whatever you wear is athletic and allows movement and stretching. Some athletes wear leotards, while some just shorts and t-shirt. You are welcome to wear a set with a sports bra as a top but we ask that you bring a t-shirt for spotting purposes. Water or electrolyte drinks are also needed, although if you forget we do sell bottled water.
Tumbling Classes
We teach basic floor tumbling as we are a cheer-based gym. Athletes here are working on everything from toddlers with forward rolls and learning to fall; to advanced who are working on layouts and fulls. We try to offer tumbling to every skill level needed. We have three basic levels of tumbling classes for groups.

What is All Star Cheerleading
All Star cheerleading is a competitive team sport incorporating skills from several other disciplines such as gymnastics, dance, stunting, and cheer. All Star cheerleading squads do not cheer for other sports teams. They are the team! All Star cheerleading teams differ from other teams by training year-round for competitions. They also differ from most other sports in that every team member is vital to the team and the performance.
There are no benchwarmers. Everyone plays an integral role.
Each member of the squad is trained in all aspects of the sport to maximize their skills to reach their potential. All Star teams typically consist of between 10 and 30 athletes, but can be as few as 5. Squads can be either coed or all female. Teams are carefully constructed to include all the elements needed to perform the complex routines. Every team needs a combination of bases, flyers, tumblers, and dancers. Most of these well-rounded athletes are capable of performing these skills. Competition routines are typically 2.5 minutes in length. They are packed with stunts, dances, cheers, chants and tumbling. Each element is perfectly choreographed to music and most teams have their music custom made for their routines. At competitions, the teams are divided by age and ability level. The routines are judged based on difficulty, execution, creativity and showmanship. All Star cheerleading has allowed the world to see inside the sport in a way never before possible. With competitions being covered on ESPN, no one can deny that cheerleading is indeed a sport!
Private Lessons - Individual
For these lessons, we offer both tumbling and cheer. For tumbling we offer all levels and styles. For cheer we can work on jumps, technique in motions, and stunting (although for stunting we will need prior notice so we can have a group available to stunt with). Many individuals come to us for help with tryouts or just gaining skills training from our certified coaches. Most individual lessons are 30 minutes long and packed with drills and workouts to tone the body and create muscle memory needed to develop the skills that the athlete is working toward. Our coaches are also trained to safely spot all skill levels that each athlete may be working on. As an added bonus, once the coach is familiar with the athlete and their skill set and learning style, they will send them home with workouts and drills to further help with continued development.
Private Lessons - Group
We offer group based private lessons on two different levels. One level is sibling or close friend groups, where a small group of individuals can come in together and receive training on similar skills. The other group lesson is for teams, where a coach and their team can come in for training on same level skills for all their athletes. This is usually offered as a camp style and has a ton of drills and workouts taught for a few hours for a couple of days in a row. We can work on tumbling, jumps, dance and stunts in these camps.
